The Benefits Of Small Group Training Are Huge!
Get motivated by working out with friends, family or colleagues in one of our small group training sessions. Groups are comprised of 2 - 4 people, providing personalized attention from our skilled trainers at a great value.

The support of others in an exercise group has been proven to provide extra motivation you need to keep going…not to mention some friendly competition.
Plus, sign up for small group training by May 15th and when you book at least five sessions, receive an additional one free!

- May 3 - Wave’s getting new cardio equipment! You will find all new treadmills, bikes and elliptical machines and two Woodway Curves, a state-of-the-art motor-less treadmill. Please note that the club's cardio area will be closed that day.
